Deadline for applications to the 2nd International Summer School in Mathematical Finance has been extended to August 18
The students who wish to participate in the Vega Institute Foundation’s Summer School now have until 8pm Moscow time on August 18 to submit their applications.
The Summer School will be organized in two parts:
Week 1: August 23-27
Location: Moscow School of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Format: Lectures by guest instructors both in-person and online, discussion sessions.
The guest lecturers include Dmitry Kramkov (Carnegie Mellon University), Christa Cuchiero (University of Vienna), Mathieu Rosenbaum (Ecole Polytechnique), Andreas Hamel (University Bozen-Bolzano), Çağın Ararat (Bilkent University), and others.
Number of participants: up to 75 people (the number may be reduced depending on epidemiological situation).
Week 2: August 30-September 3
Location: Krasnovidovo retreat center of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Format: immersive participation (in online format) in the annual European Summer School in Financial Mathematics, post-lecture discussions, work in student groups, and much more (including extracurricular activities).
We have done our best to bring the student summer school format to a new level, so don’t miss an opportunity to take part.
